Yes. Searching listings, saving favorites, and contacting realtors through our platform is completely free for home buyers and renters.
What areas does HomeFind cover?
We currently have listings in Seattle, Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland in Washington state, as well as Somerville, Massachusetts. We are actively working to expand to additional markets.
How does the AI property classification work?
When you click on a listing, our machine learning model analyzes the property image and provides a classification estimate (house, condo, or multifamily). This is powered by a Teachable Machine model and serves as an additional data point for your evaluation.
Can I list my property on HomeFind?
